Transit times noted for international shipments are estimates only. Transit times for international shipments are not guaranteed.
United States Postal Service (USPS) International Mail is offered and typically offers a transit time of 10-24 days (subject to customs clearance and delays due to destination mailing service). To calculate a more specific transit time, refer to the www.usps.com website to calculate the transit time to your country.
DHL is also offered and offers a much quicker estimated transit time of 2-5 days to most destinations in the world (subject to customs clearance etc). International orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of receipt.
If you prefer a more reliable and quick service, we suggest that DHL is selected as the shipping method.
Any Free Shipping offer applies only to the continental USA. There are no Free Shipping promotions offered for international addresses.

Buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage to or loss of packages shipped using USPS or UPS international shipping services. It is the buyer's responsibility to file claims with their local post office or UPS delivery hub in the event of a lost or damaged package.
By placing an order, you understand that you will be required to pay all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with the importation of your order and that transit times for international shipments are not guaranteed.
International packages that are refused or returned to sender due to customs duties, incorrect address details and taxes nonpayment are subject to a restocking fee equal to that of the return shipping charges and any import duties DutchNovelties is required to pay the carrier in order to have the merchandise returned.
Unfortunately, there are some products we have found that do not ship well to international addresses due to high breakage rates or other reasons. If you place an order for an item(s) that qualifies as such an item, we will notify you and arrange for a full refund to be made to you. Contact us prior to placing your order if you prefer to know if an item is flagged before you finalize the order.
